never ever buy from this company ;first of all thee watches didn't do what they said it would do and second because the box Was. opened a particular way they wannt to deduct 5 pounds each.
what a scam!!!never happend this before and are the boxes even worth 5 pounds!

If I could leave no stars I would. They have the worst customer service team I have ever come across!!
After buying the Magic Pro 4, when it came to completing the redemption for the free accessories the form would not recognise my IMEI. Contacted customer services who were as useful as a soggy sandwich. Promised they'd refer it to their technical department and get back to me.
Numerous calls & emails later I am still waiting.

Seriously bad company to buy from in terms of cheaply made products, with poor and rare updates I bought an honor X8 still using android 11 even 12 has been out over half a year, customer service omg non existent they just don't want to know they say they'll call you back but don't as a rule. The amount of times I've had to full factory reset the phone is unreal then it works as it should for a few days. I also bought a smart watch magic 2 not bad but stopped recording the number of steps accurately (the recorded number against the watch its synced to and also Google fit app was lower) this was 42 days after delivery as was told after 30 days we will send it off for repair taking upto 2 weeks absolutely shocking
It's no wonder there rating is bad and so low how do they stay in business without repeat business

Don't order anything from honor if you're purchasing it because of the gift redemption. You won't receive it. Anytime you chase it you will get radio silence or told someone will get back to you. Its been 8 weeks and still silence. Terrible company

SCAMMERS.
As I made order for device, the delivery - man delivered to the different address, different name, without requiring a signature or taking photos as proof of delivery.
Therefore he delivered to the wrong people who opened the box and unsealed my phone , and then brought to me with bad attitude and attacked and insults me.
When I made a complain with customer service,they let me wait one month to offer me a£20 voucher , that doesn't cover the cheapest wireless earphones cost.
They showed disrespected customer time and were dishonest with their details.
I would raise my complain against them with Ofcom and not recommend them to anyone.

Shocking service
Shocking service! We placed an order on the 1st of Nov. Immediately contacted them to cancel and they advise we refuse the delivery as it was all ready shipped. On 2nd, DHL came and we refused. Since then I have been in touch multiple times with Honor who are advising they cannot provide a refund until they check with their logistics dept. I have also contacted DHL who can clearly see we refused the package and they are advising Honor (shipper) must contact them so that the package is returned. In the meantime I'm in a limbo and no refund. I would not shop here again.

Bought an Honor Magic 4 from Vodafone…
Bought an Honor Magic 4 from Vodafone and was advised I would be able to claim free earbuds, watch and case from Honor. After 4 attempts and one day left to claim they have sent me emails each time to say that there is something wrong with the claim, I have resorted to sending an email regarding all of the information required on the claim form which includes the IMEI number of the phone and my receipt number (easily identified information which was entered on their claim form).
I will be discussing this with the Vodafone store where purchased and taking to trading standards if not resolved as having witnessed my claim being completed with two separate witnesses I have the feeling Honor are looking at ways not to Honor these claims.
I’ll update this post if I get a resolution to let anyone reading know if they are being conned into purchases.

First and last time I will buy an Honor…
First and last time I will buy an Honor phone unfortunately and its purely down to the length of time they support their devices.
I moved from an iPhone 7 to an Honor 20 Pro, not a cheap phone to buy outright, only to find that after just 2 years the phone is no longer receiving security updates let alone Android updates despite Honor previously stating it would do.
I'm now left with a perfectly functioning and capable phone that I can't use in work as it no longer meets security standards.
In contrast, my iPhone 7 has only just stopped receiving ios updates after 5 years.
This is a shady practice of forcing users to upgrade phones due to offering the minimum level of software support.

After years with Samsung phones and…
After years with Samsung phones and rubbish battery life decided to switch to honor.
Just bought the Honor 70 wow what an amazing phone looks just like the premium brands with a curved screen etc but not a premium price.
The battery is amazing overnight it looses about 2% compared to the Samsung which often lost about 20%!
Super happy with the Honor and will definitely be sticking with Honor.

bought my wife a new Honor 70
bought my wife a new Honor 70, and the experience fron start to fin was great, the phone is very user friendly, very easy to transfer files and apps from her old phone, the phone has a nice feel about it and the onscreen fingerprint is much better to use than the one on the power button, we are both in our seventies, normally we have to wait for a stray grandchild to pop in and hope they can be bothered to set up a phone, so this was great, thank you Honor x

The mobile is good but I am disappointed with customer service, the day I received my mobile I found out that I could have get it from argos and currys £30 cheaper so l checked their site again and found out their price has come down too, so I complained but they said we can't do anything. I wouldn't buy anything from honor company.

Laptop faulty within a month
Bought a laptop magic book x15 on 5th September 2022, was working well until last night as it just powered off and won't charge. I have called customer support who have said they will take in for repair. Lets see what happens. Really annoyed as I should've stuck to HP Laptops.

Phone is a piece of rubbish. Tried to return. DHL wouldnt accept due to it having rechargeable headphones. Got a new label a week later, guess what? Same issue. DHL wont accept due to headphones.
Customer services saying im wrong and they will accpept & booked me in for a collection by DHL. Waited all day, no DHL collection. Contacted DHL and they had nothing booked
Avoid this company and their shoite phones - utterly useless

I've had 4 honor phones all great
I've had 4 honor phones all great, I've had the 9 lite the 8x the 9x and now the honor 50, I did want the X8 but decided on the honor 50 as its 5g, not sure why there are bad reviews I've been really happy with my phones and only had a problem with the 9x it stopped receiving network, sent it back was repaired and back to me within 5 days, the phones are great but unfortunately since the leave of huawei they no longer use kirin chips which used a much better emui in my opinion, the snapdragon 778g in my honor 50 can handle anything I throw at it, great work honor still pumping out great phones at great prices even after leaving Huawei
HONOR…poor product and even worse service
Purchased a premium case for my HONOR phone which lasted just a few months. Poorly made from cheap materials and started to crack. Their customer support was poor, rude and basically accused me of abusing the product which was just not true. Surely a case needs to be resistant to fair wear and tear under everyday use which this was not.
